A 10% Buyer's Premium will be charged if lots are paid by cash or check

Announcements made day of auction take precedence over all other notifications

All items sold at Hutcheson Auction are to be fully paid for before merchandise can be removed

All items are to be removed within 30 days after auction      (After 30 days a storage fee will be enforced. $5 dollars a day per item.)
